Government:
Cycle process which can be implemented:
Greening waste land> irrigating dry lands>creating self help groups> creating village women entrepreneur>educating rural children>creating skilled force

By completing the above cycle huge difference can be created in India. Where 60% work force is employed in agriculture the main problem there are facing in lack of rains if land are irrigated they can grow their food poverty will stop education there children will give reduce the illiteracy women entrepreneurs will incurs income and reduce the income gap these are the main problems faced by the country.
Technology investment in government organization like police department will help them to be well equipped with technology example when data base of criminals are made online it is easy to tackle criminal activities. The technology should be simple and brought to the grass root level where neighborhood police can access and update the data, this should extend into the villages organization like Grameen banks, sub courts land registration offices.
In India many villages do not have access to computers basic investment of computers in agriculture department will help in cutting down the supply chain process.
Training and exposure to clerk level employees in technology and arranging foreign trips to planning commission officers to countries like Singapore will help in enhancement of knowledge.

MNC AND TNC: Information technology is growing at very high rate in Indian it mainly basic of Tnc setting up their offshore activates in India these companies should set standards in the industry where it will make smaller Mnc follow, even global companies like IBM and Microsoft Oracle give less important to suitability in terms of communication in there web sites where as companies like Wall mart Arcelor Mittal and Hp are tremendous talking about their efforts toward suitability. Honoring and recognize these companies efforts will make other companies work toward sustainability.

NGO’s Activities
• Ngo’s can bring in global awareness about social health care issues. Where the objective is disease prevention and health promotion. Ngo’s should provide information on sexually transmitted diseases like AIDS, Gonorrhea and Syphilis to name a few on our web site: India Nova
• collaborating with other charitable organizations in the countries like United States for distributing and donating medical equipments and supplies to public clinics and hospitals in India.
• working in association with a reputable nonprofit organization of American doctors, nurses and other volunteers as a team to organize a reconstructive surgery (plastic and orthopedics) mission to India in 2003, benefiting the children of poor families.
• developing a channel of educational resources or “eLearning” aimed at propagating the learning of Indian languages such as Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and Bengali via the World Wide Web and to introduce a conducive and conscious way of learning Indian languages.

This is a partnership concept devised by MOEF. Applicable to all integrated plants in India.
The action plans which was enlisted in charter have been accepted by the corporate management and it acted towards Environmental Management protection. It is a roadmap of Environmental Management systems. successful action plans have been made by all integrated plants of SAIL to reduce coke ovens and rebuild batteries. It was awarded for best EMS. This made the Indian Government company SAIL to exploit the name in Global market and received awards from USA environment protection and Indian green Environment protection and control boards . The company invested in a waste management and communications training course for all full-time staff to facilitate employees' awareness of the importance of waste minimization at the site - both monetary importance and environmental impact.
Governmental application:
The issue of financial and economic rationale for cultural and civil society that gives empowerment to the people to give ideas and methods and which is a lobby for sustainability issues.


I would like to choose in India, Kepa Service Organisation and development for social civil and cultural sustainability . Govt. application based on these rationales. They are

Civil and cultural society in India:
As India is Multicultural, civil society is important. Even though Govt., has taken many steps regarding this issues , with the help of NGO’s they are implementing it efficiently. Best practicing example in India is the programme say Poorest Areas Civil Society (PACS) Programme. This is civil service is being programme for protecting environment in totally uncivilized areas by creating awareness about 3E concept and it need in commercial industries. The above programme supported by Govt., but organized by Private sector. Some issues are
Waste management, Develop community strength , Create Supportive environments.
Another example . Sustainable Energy Industry Association(INDIA) for mandatory comm.. building energy performance standards and appliance standards.
Least developed countries(LDC’s) :
Issues that faced by NGO’s and TNC’s in least developed countries for assisting to help sustainability and environmental concerns are :
Role of TNC’s :
TNC control worlds 33% of the world’s tradeable assets. RIL (Reliance Industries Ltd.,) Pharmaceutical industry is best example in India. To meet the obligations under Trade Related Intellectual Property Rights(TRIPS) this is the agreement accompanied by Indian Govt., has soaring prices of pharmaceuticals and dominance of TNC’s by wiping out Indian firms. However if one takes into future changes account of Indian Healthcare system. Such as opening of medical insurance to private competition
Role of NGO’s:
The third party with the help of government supports for environmental welfare is NGO. They provide a social partnership with local government . some issues of NGO’s related to LDC’s. are: Civil Regulation, Consumer Politics . best practicing example is youngsters participation in WIPRO environmental welfare for society .
So from the above organizations and corporations help the people and participators to boost themselves for total sustainable ecology development issues

Sustainability and Small Medium Enterprises:
SME’s steps has to be transitionally and incrementally changed to ensure sustainability.
