Berger Paints India Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 18, 2010, inter alia, has recommended (subject to the approval of the
Members at the Annual General Meeting to be held on July 29, 2010) a Dividend of
Rs. 1.10 (55%) per equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the year ended March 31, 2010.
